Superior corner king room - beautiful view of the river and city - however dated room, no refrigerator, overpriced room service ($30 per person for in-room breakfast, eggs and toast). Sub-par bell hops and wait staff --- just not engaged, almost disinterested in maximizing customer service. Too expensive for the service level and room/ food quality.
