This hotel is in a great location, very close to Times Square, Port Authority, Bryant Park etc... Staff are friendly and very helpful. My mother and I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Twin Share room and it was comfortable. Plenty of room, however we could not get WiFi, so had to go to lobby.

Recently stayed with a large group of friends visiting for the weekend - great location just a few steps off of Times Square - friendly and accomodating staff, clean and well appointed rooms. From doorman, luggage transport, check-in, etc - all staff was very attending to our group needs.
