We spent 6 lovely days in NYC. The location ow the townhouse is perfect: 200m to the best burgers in town (spotted pig), 300m for a great cappucinio (west eleventh caffee), 250m to eatgranola and yogurt for breakfast (doma). The service was good, the appartment spacious.

For a five-star category we feel an elevator and silent air conditioning would be required. For us personally it is not absolutely required but the five-star evaluation presupposes these features.

The apartment was comfortable and well furnished, and the location is incredible. Friendly and competent service. The AC was a bit on the noisy side.
