Stayed here for 4 nights in May and have no complaints just a few observations. We had a room 1407, which was small with little storage space, but we managed. this is a pretty good hotel. we stayed on points midweek. personnel are well trained, friendly. C lounge was good for morning brekkie rooms are small but that is NYC. Only downside is elevators are small and maid staff uses them to transport bags of garbage from rooms as well
