This is a quaint, botique hotel. Rooms are small but very nice. The staff is great and there is a Starbucks off of the lobby. The location of the 373 is about as good as it gets in midtown Manhattan. It's literally a block away from the Empire State Building. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and interesting things to see. The hotel's modest front desk is somewhat misleading as the rest of the hotel is quite nice.
