What makes this hotel special is the kind and helpful staff! I especially enjoyed talking with Douglas at the front desk! The breakfast area was well stocked with bagels, yogurt and fruit thanks to Miriam, the hostess.

As said I booked on internet and was cheaper than many places in brooklyn and in new jersey. The location is at the seaport, which is still under reconstruction but it is ok and safe, and a 5mins walk to fulton st/broadway and city hall. My room was large and comfortable with a sitting area and a coffee table. Bathroom... More

This property is located at the South Street Seaport near the Financial District, World Trade Center, and Chinatown. I recently had a one night stay at this hotel, my first. I've previously stayed at the Andaz Wall Street, Millennium Hilton, and the DoubleTree Financial District, to give you sense of my context. Pros: The price is the biggest advantage this... More

Small hotel, but clean, good ubication and VERY friendly stuff!! they make us feel best than home, room isn't big but for New York is OK, (I've been in really small ones) Very close to Brooklyn bridge... Parking lot close and they charge $20.oo ( $35.oo big cars like mine =/ ) no bad... Breakfast includes... (bread, yogurt, cereal, bagel,... More

The BW Seaport Inn is actually located well - close to Fulton station, Brooklyn Bridge and the Financial District. However, thanks to the storm damage from Sandy, the area is desolate and a little scary at night! Once you're in, the staff makes you feel very welcome (thanks Douglas and Jesse!!) and it's a comfortable stay. They can even arrange... More

Stayed here for the 5 Boro Bike Tour and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Our room had a view of the Brooklyn Bridge! The room was small but clean and perfect for the short amount of time we spent there. The continental breakfast was excellent. The only thing I would have changed was that there were no towel... I've been going to the BW Seaport for quite some time. It is especially convenient for me because my business is in lower Manhattan. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff on arrival and checkout were courteous and professional. It is very reasonably priced. Keep in mind that lower Manhattan was hit hard by Hurricane Sandy... More

Hotel is in a quiet corner in a downtown neighborhood - even the cab drivers had trouble finding it. Immediate area is recovering from the storm last fall, and there is much construction in progress. Mood is hopeful as some of the area restaurants have begun to re-open, but many are not. Short walk to Brooklyn, Seaport, cabs, and subway.... More

The hotel itself Is very nice as other reviewers have stated. The staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean. The only problem is that the Seaport district still suffers from the aftermaths of hurricane Sandy. 2/3 of businesses around the hotel is in repair. The street which faces the hotel is under constructions as well. We had stayed... More

We found out we were moved here when we got to NYC and our Times Square lodging fell through. I wasn't too happy at first about being downtown and not in midtown. However, the hotel was wonderful and the staff was fantastic. It was close-ish to a subway stop and a nice walking distance from the 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge,... More
