This was a very clean & comfortable hotel. We stayed for 5 nights & could not fault the service. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot say what the food was like but according to some fellow residents it was very good. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The Hotel has a good location. It is fairly priced and has a number of nearby competing hotels which were significantly more expensive at the time of my reservation. Good value for money in otherwise pricy NY city. Excellent location; Times Square 5 mins walk and easy access to several subway lines. Rooms are bit worn out, but reflects the price. Staff is friendly and the owner character if you happen to bump into him. Would stay here again.

The hotels location is good. Our room was awful, it was the worst room we have ever stopped in. We stayed here for my son's 18th birthday for 5 nights. We have stayed at a few Holiday Inn's around the world and they are the best value hotels to stay in for a family. This hotel had the South Tower and North Tower which was just like the twin towers so imagined it was built around the same time.... More
