The location is perfect for Ground Zero, Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge walk, Good value for Manhattan. However I was unable to sleep both nights due to noise from outside. Portable air conditioner makes for a thin layer of plastic to be the only noise buffer in an area that is busy 24/7. I found the hotel looked far inferior... More

Four girls shared a double room in this hotel. The room was comfortable. Although nothing special, we all thought that we had some of the best sleep in months there. Although there was a mix up that required a few phone calls to let my friends check into the room as my flight was delayed, otherwise the staff was extremely... More

Just wanted to add my sentiments of how great the customer service is at this hotel. Antonio, the manager, was very accommodating of my parent's travel needs and they were quite comfortable in their room. We have quite a few guests come to NYC and this has become our go-to hotel recommendation for them. More

My friend and I just stayed there for two nights. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room and the up to date paint, wood moldings, windows & bath fixtures. Small but a great value. Linens were fresh and ironed. The staff were more than friendly and courteous. I would definitely return and recommend to others. The location is... More

I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan hotel with a group for a production shooting in NYC. Rachelle helped us book a block of rooms for our cast and crew and I had a wonderful experience working with her! She was very flexible and patient with our last-minute changes and was able to give us a rate within our budget. The... More

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to be close by Battery Park, Ground Zero, Wall Street, etc... We asked for a quiet room and were pleasantly surprised by the total silence. This is NYC after all. Room and bathroom were super clean. Even though the adjacent cafe was not really good for breakfast, you just have to cross... More

The hotel is conveniently situated - right next to one of the main Metro lines. There are little café's close to the hotel, but they aren't open until very late. The staff are friendly and efficient, and it's a great place just to use as a lock up-and-go. There are no extra's and it is impersonal, and is relatively old.... More

This was my third stay in NYC and this location was perfect for me. I love to be close to the nice boutique shops in Soho, the local restaurants and nightlife and this is the perfect location.
