Arrived late in the evening. Hotel very difficult to find when dark even knowing area. Lobby located on 2nd floor is beautiful in an old war building way. Front desk staff extremely helpful to needy customers in front of us. King Room was spacious for Manhattan as well as bathroom. Very neat and clean.

Very disappointed, small rooms, no room for even a chair, no tea or coffee making facilities and the air con stuck on 78f couple this with the 24/7 traffic noise from the nearby holland tunnel and you would definatley not return,on the plus side the beds are comfortable,the tv has hundreds of cable channels and the supermarket across the road... Extremely convenient location to everything that Soho has to offer. Staff is friendly and the hotel offers some nice touches (bicycles, umbrellas in every room etc.) Breakfast, which was included in our rate, was small but good quality. Decor is "faux industrial" with parts of it not very inspired. Rooms are small but not small enough to pose problems.
