To be fair, the Affinia Manhattan is still under construction. Unfortunately, it is hard to see how the new chandelier is actually going to improve a lobby that a fellow guest described as "oppressive". The reservations area is chaotic and unmanaged. No one knew where to line up and there were several very angry people who were repeatedly skipped over...
