The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious and the front desk staff are very attentive and friendly. The beds are up to the Hilton standard of amazing so a goods night rest will be sure to be had. The room decor and furnishings are in need of Reno and appear old, worn and neglected. More

I have to say that this was one of the best hotels that I have ever been to. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and very well decorated. I used the room service a couple of times and the response was always polite, prompt and effective. The concierge (Michael) arranged a reservations for 2 very good restaurants (Co op and... More

I have stayed in most of the nice hotels in NYC except, until this week, The Waldorf Towers. The Towers has a well-known illustrious history, from Presidents to Kings to Mrs Douglas MacArthur. One's perception of the Towers may be that of a past its prime, dowager of a hotel. Well you would definitely be wrong. The hotel and rooms,... More

Stayed here as a family for a week a Easter to celebrate a special anniversary and were very kindly upgraded by the lovely Abir for our stay. Huge two bed suite it felt like our very own apartment on Park Avenue. Very luxurious rooms with amazing linen/towels etc. Great breakfast room (and compliments to the girls working there) it is... Obviously this hotel is not newly built. Obviously one can see it. But everything is in an excellent condition of repair. This old hotel has style and class. Probably the best choice in NYC. We were pleased from the moment of our arrvial until departure. The tower breakfast was a great and a pleasant way to start our days (weekdays... More

The Waldorf is a special hotel and the towers are just so comfortable. I stayed one night in the middle of a whirlwind trip and it just refreshed us. Anyone who's looking for a short term apartment, look no further. Don't expect anything modern, but it's lux and comfortable and the service is top notch. More

Stop searching!!!!!Just returned from a 4 night stay with my 3 daughters at the towers. It was amazing! Michael (concierge from Heaven) and his team were truly the best I have EVER seen in my life, and I travel extensively! The room was fabulous, and they even treated us to chocolate strawberries the first night! The tower breakfast was a... More

I am extremely glad I didn't cop out and go for a cheaper hotel. From the moment I arrived I felt special. Yes there are probably more up to date hotels, but the history here makes it more special. I did put in a complaint as there was a problem with the electrics in my room, but it was dealt... More

Im pleased with our stay- our room, a suite, is magnificent - huge and beautifully appointed with antiques. The staff has been responsive and lovely. Have stayed for one night - hoping reminder of our stay continues to be great! More
