The Waldorf Astoria on Park Ave. in New York City is an exceptional property offering outstanding service and accommodations - highly recommended! We stayed there to celebrate a BIG birthday taking in a number of the city's restaurants, theaters and museums.

We book the Waldorf Astoria the evening of our Mom's surgery in NYC. We were upgraded to a Towers Suite which helped me and my sister get the rest we needed to regroup the next day and be on our game for our Mom. The suite was elegant and extremely clean and a fantastic bed. We would like to return... More

It's a very elegant hotel with a long, rich history. It's also absolutely beautiful and romantic. The staff is wonderful and very professional. They are always there to serve. However, my favorite part was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed that I've ever experienced in a hotel. To me, that is just as important as the elegance. I... More

Ask for an upgrade to the Tower. Excellent, quiet and wonderful service. We were upgraded because we arrived late from a hard day of flight cancellations. What a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and plush. Not to mention, we got a price that was one of the lowest for a quality NYC hotel... More

My wife and I just returned from an anniversary weekend in NYC. We've stayed in a variety of hotels, but this was a special occasion. We decided to splurge a bit. Everything about our experience was first rate. Our flight in LGA was delayed two hours. I called the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until 2am.... More

Having stayed at the Towers a year ago and absolutely loved it, I was rather pleased to return this winter during a trip to New York to celebrate my birthday. Though we had actually booked a room on the concierge level of the Waldorf-Astoria, we were very kindly upgraded to the Towers itself. I wrote a glowing review of the... More

This is my 4 th trip to NYC and enjoyed the historic hotel and good location. Unfortunately no upgrades but I booked through Expedia and certainly no exceptional customer service. We had no view of city but we did have hot water and good water pressure. Wifi was intermittent but was able to play around and keep resetting.
