Fantastic hotel for tourists, on the small side but then this didnt bother us as we spent most of the time exploring NY. The lobby is very nice and clean, great and helpful staff. Elevator is small but that's no problem at all. Our room was on the 6th floor, standard double bed, very small but nice and cozy. Free internet, tv, safe and small gym. Housekeeping everyday, clean towels. Good value and close to Times Square. We will be back!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small,but clean and they are updated. Two of us stayed in the room for 5 nights and felt comfortable.
