Lobby is nice - bathrooms updated. Bathtub is not that clean. We checked into one room and the A/C did not work - they were nice about moving us into the room next door. The girl at the desk was very sweet.

Our employees checked in and twice had to go back to the lobby to get a room with two beds, clerk apparently failed to remove safe fees when changing their room. Also, at check out the "computer" was down so receipt could not be printed and they promised to email us. They did not. Receipt had inccorect check out time.... More

This is an older hotel but they are currently doing a make over and improving the condition of the rooms. My wife and I stayed in one of the improved rooms and found it acceptable for our needs. This hotel was absolutely terrible. The hotel staff were very rude and unprofessional. Especially when it came to the breakfast staff on Monday morning. This property has exterior door access and shows it's wear from over the years. The staff was great and breakfast covered all of the main bases. There's a number of good restaurants in walking distance with no security concerns.

Hotel is right off the highway. Requested 2 weeks in advance for a room with a view/balcony. Being a Diamond, I didn't get it and the hotel was not full. If you would like a room with a spectacular view of El Paso TX you should get a room either on the west or south side of the hotel. The west side actually has private balconies overlooking the city. The facility as a whole is very nice and the staff are excellent.
