We stayed at Crater Lake Lodge opening day of the 2013 season and has a wonderful experience. The staff, to a person, were friendly and helpful. The lodge is another example of our national heritage preserved. Our room did not have a TV, how nice. The lake is a jewel. Highly recommended.

Definitely request a lakeside room on the third or fourth floor. It is worth the bit of extra money for the view. Wake up early for sunrise. Breathtaking. Comfortable beds and substantially comfortable pillows.

The position of this hotel makes it one of the most special lodges we have ever stayed at. The photo oppotunities were great as we knew we stayed there and could wait for the correct light in the morning early. When we arrived it was nearly dark and it felt like a road out of a horror movie with all... More

Crater Lake Lodge is a beautiful lodge with breathtaking views right on the edge of Crater Lake. We sat on the porch and watched the fun moon rise over the lake. What a beautiful scene! The porch area was wonderful. Right on the edge of the lake. Breakfast, drinks, or relaxing, you can't beat it. The room was spacious and... More

Our room was plain but cozy and had a great view of the lake. Very basic amenities, but it was very clean and a nice size bathroom. The meals we had at the lodge were excellent. The food was priced high but you are eating on the top of a mountain, so very understandable! The best park about the whole... More

We came here in September and were so glad we included this stop on our road trip through Oregon. The drive was a bit hairy at times to get to the lodge (coming from the north and driving along the west side of the lake), with some very steep drop-offs. It is a beautiful drive, however, with some great scenic... More

How this hotel got left out of Trip Adviser's list of 10 hotels with the best views I don't know. The view from lek side rooms and the terrace are incredible. If you want to see for yourself go to their website. Most rooms are simple, though clean and comfortable. Being a fairly old place we noticed the plumbing was... More

We stayed here with our family of 3 teenage boys. I am so glad we got 3 rooms at this place. All three of them in one room would have been a disaster. The rooms were very small. There was no balcony and the window was small. The room was clean and it does remind you of a rustic cabin.... More

The lodge sits up on the crater rim, and the lake views from the porch are spectacular, especially in late afternoon. It's the only lodging with such a view, so it's well worth at least one night. In general, this lodge seems to be a cut above the typical concessionaire-run national park property. We've stayed at many of the national... More

The restaraunt at Crater Lake Lodge had an excellent menu. The Crater Lake location is was so very beautiful. We were there just before the end of the season and yet they treated us with the hospitality as if we were the beginning of the season.
