This hotel used to be wonderful, courteous, and efficient. Now, with a new manager, the place is unfriendly, sarcastic, inefficient, and it is a shame to see the hotel go downhill so fast. Having spent many enjoyable nights here, I must say I will go next door to Courtyard or Residence for a friendly and enjoyable typical Marriott stay. More
