Truly a hidden gem! Looks run down on the outside, but the rooms are incredible on the inside. High four-poster bed, a gas burning fireplace, really romantic/cozy. Ski/board locker outside the room so you don't have to drag them inside (we stored our Mammoth beer there to stay cold!). Amazing made to order breakfasts every morning (strawberry cream cheese stuffed... More

My husband and I stayed at this lovely resort just last week and were quite delighted with the accommodations and the delicious breakfast. The couple who manage the inn are charming and helpful, and the rate was terrific. We will be back next year!

Recently stayed here for the weekend. Great, cute room that had the woods behind it, room #14. They give appetizers & drinks each evening. Cook a nice breakfast each day. Hot tub is perfect after the day spent on the mountain. The owners are great & helpful.

Good price for the area. The included breakfasts are always good as well. The operators are very friendly. Have stayed here twice now. On one stay, the bed was a bit saggy, but was not the case in a different room. We will definitely be back.

Clean and close to the bus station that will take about 15-20 min to get you at the ski station. You can even walk to the village if you feel like it ! ( about 15-20 min walk as well). The Cinnamon bear Inn is a very good value-price for the area. Only cons are that the "main room" (... More

Thanks for the review. Pam and Jim work hard to make sure your stay is great. Good news is that I'm bringing up a repeater this week in hopes of expanding our wifi service to all the rooms in the main building. If this works well, I've been told that if we place another one in our other building, we... More

Cozy, comfy, homey rooms with gas log pot-belly stoves for heat. The managers on site are very friendly and provide a warm, delicious, home cooked breakfast daily. This is not a 4 star hotel, but the people here are so nice that you will want to return every time you come to Mammoth. I'd rather stay here than any fancy... More

Once inside your room, you'll find it clean and relatively well-maintained. The facility overall is a patched-together hodgepodge facing the backside of a shopping center. The innkeepers were very friendly, and in a visiting-aunt-hilda sort of way, quite accommodating. A daily hot breakfast (until 9 AM) is excellent, albeit a one-choice per day situation. An old outdoor jacuzzi is the... More

As we drove into Center Street and saw the hotel annex we wondered what we were letting ourselves in for! We needn't have worried. Russ is a welcoming host. Our room had a separate lounge and kitchen and a faux wood burning stove. Breakfast was great, Russ tells you what you're going to eat! Mammoth is a great place and... More
