This hotel aside from the very gracious breakfast staff is nothing more than average. Your typical average budget priced lodging establishment with little in the way of amenities. There were no facilities to store ski's so you have to bring them into your room. The guest doors throughout the building slam when closed. The rooms are dated. The jacuzzi was... More

Rooms on first floor had bad odor. Ceiling in hallway falling down in places, moldy. Carpets dirty. Large whirlpool only redeeming feature. More

We stayed for two nights at the Quality Inn, Mammoth Lakes. The service was excellent, especially Mike at the front desk and Lori in the breakfast room. Our room was very cozy, and they had even turned the heat on for us in anticipation of our arrival. Parking is under the building, and fortunately there is an elevator which takes... More

The staff was very nice in letting us check in early.....we had a ski lesson in the middle of the day and wanted to change and get ready for that. The room was a little dated, but I didn't mind. I thought that the location was perfect to get to the slopes or to town. We will be staying there... More

Bedding smelled like smoke. If you pull back the pillow cases you will not like what you see so I recommend you don’t do that. The pillows are old and stained yellow (Sweat or Drool). Great covered parking. Great view of the Best Western where we stayed our second night and were glad we did. Could always have been worse... More

We stayed here for 2 nights while we visited Yosemite National Park. Very accessible from the hotel and easy to find. The hotel is very much what you expect from this type of hotel - clean, tidy, spacious rooms and good service. Breakfast was included within the price too so good value for money. The staff were helpful and on... More

Pretty much what you’d expect – no character, functional, could do with refreshing. On the upside the breakfast was a lot better than expected, check-in was welcoming and the room was big. At a resort like this I guess you get what you pay for and if you don’t care about decor this is fine, plus the location is good. More

We visit this Quality Inn about twice a year. We love it's location and we love the staff at the hotel. Gary, the Manager, always greets us warmly and it seems like we are visiting an old friend at his home. He truly takes pride in the hotel and it's staff. The breakfast is included in the price of the... More
