Arrived at 4 PM and room was not ready...reception fixed within 5 minutes....this was the highlight of our stay. Our room was a handicapped accessible room. We ended up missing our flight so we had to find a place to stay. We started at their counterpart across the parking lot where the staff was terrible. The Aloft however was fabulous. Young hip place. Very contemporary yet still comfortable. It was a great stay and we would gladly stay there again.

Friendly staff, great amenities, what you need and nothing more, fabulous gym, great pool. This chain defines consistency! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on premise or near the Philadelphia International Airport.
