The location was fantastic. A short walk to most things. The rooms were clean but a little small. There was a mix up when we first arrived getting a crib for our daughter. We checked in and went to a room then had to move rooms which was inconvenient. The breakfast was a provided but nothing special...bagels etc. Would stay... More

A good value Hotel in a great area of Philadelphia, within easy walking distance of the Historical Area. Friendly staff and cosy rooms, and the included breakfast was most welcome. I think the reason this hotel gets such wonderful reviews is that for the very moderate price you pay in Philly, you get a nice stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Hotel is an old building, restored. The rooms are a bit dark and the window a/c worked fairly well. You can hear through the walls.... More
