After waiting 45 minutes to check-in (there were two people at the lobby, but one of them was pointlessly looking at a computer while the other one was handling the growing line of customers), we were granted a smoking room when we actually booked a non-smoking one. Being asthmatic, the smell of the cigarette smoke made me cough all night.... More

Stayed here for 1 night in room 507 which is a harbour view room. Room was pretty clean, couple of minor issues my Wife noticed in the bathroom but it was pretty clean in my opinion. The view was pretty nice and we even got to watch some fireworks across the water. One bed was hard as a rock, the... More

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years and both times I was pleasantly surprised with the clean and comfortable accomodations. It is very close to the historic district that you can walk there and also close to the river so we stayed there when we were hanging out at Penn's Landing and going over to... More

Stayed one night on Wednesday. Good you have a place in big city to sleep and take a shower if you have no big budget. Not too far from central city Bad 1. Staff were general rude during our stay especially front desk. They were arrogant and inpatient to answer your questions. Check-in took 30 minutes. Around 7pm when we... More

The hotel is in a wonderful location. We had a river view room beautiful scenery. The breakfast wasn't so great but the room view more than made up for it. Our front desk clerk Thomas was wonderful kind and polite. The room was clean everything was great. More

The room looked decent until we went into the bathroom and noticed the shower curtain was missing. We tried contacting the staff, but there was no phone service. We went to the front desk to ask for the curtain, and the employee was extremely rude and literally ignored us. Half an hour later, we asked again, and it took them... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We are not picky travellers. The room had hairs in the sheets and on bathroom floor, along with a nasty stain on the bedding. The first day, we asked the staff to change the beddding. It wasn't changed. We asked again the next day and it still wasn't changed, so we gave... More

We booked this hotel room during a large conference in Philly because it was the only room we could get at a decent price. We stayed 3 nights. The room itself was clean and we had the view of the river which was better than the highway. The elevators smelled like cigarette smoke, the free breakfast was below average. When... More

This hotel was older, "historic" however our room facing the Ben Franklin bridge had a nice view of a building but if you looked at night the bridge was nice. The train every hour and the traffic however was not. It was very noisy while trying to get some shut eye. The parking lot had an attendant all night which... More
