Just wrapped up a week long stay at this hotel. I understand that it was commencement week for a lot of schools in the area, but the 30 minute wait to check in was ridiculous and management should have planned ahead for this. There was literally one person checking in guests on Monday afternoon and the line was LONG. After... More

Stayed here for a meeting. (at the convention center). Couple blocks to the west end, right by school of fine arts. Staff was courteous and helpful, especially helpful at checkin and when our adult daughter joined us from NYC for a couple days. Easy walk to the Rittenhouse area. Rooms are sorta wedge shaped but spacious. More

Not a typical Embassy Suites layout. Tall round hotel w/ just a few rooms on each floor. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms are very large. Breakfast was just ok. Happy hour was done well. The location is great between the convention center and the museum. Elevators were a little slow at rush hours but easy otherwise. We... More

You know those casinos where you get lost every time you walk in? This hotel is like that. It's completely round with pie shaped rooms. There are three elevators and it's a bit of a search to find your room. The breakfast is nice and is on the 2nd floor of the TGIF which is attached to the hotel. Go... More

Great stay at this Center City hotel. Really large rooms, everything very clean and tidy. Kitchenette is a nice plus if you're staying for an extended stay. I arrived about 10:30 am expecting to just leave my bags but to my surprise I was able to check in. That was incredible! Awesome More

I chose Embassy Suites because I was too late to book the Sheraton conference hotel. The decor in the room is dull and the rooms dark though spacious. The views are great but the windows are small, and in the case of the window in the bedroom, it was dirty on the outside. The bedroom is small, though functional, as... More

I was in Philadelphia for a week and because of a large convention, I had to stay in two different hotels. The other being the Hampton Inn on Race Street. The Embassy Suites was ok. I didn’t like the small lobby. Though, the rooms were very large. I was on a high floor with a city view, but was view... More

First off, if you have stayed in Embassy Suites before, don't expect the same layout. This property was once condo's. The rooms are decent, very large living room, average size bedroom, terrace is a nice touch. Breakfast (served at TGI Fridays connected to hotel) was average at best. Managers cocktail reception ,every night, was done well. Elevators are slow. We left the... More

Its a circular hotel which is easy to spot from a distance. The rooms are getting older but still in good shape. There is ample space with a suite type style although with the circular building style they have a slightly goofy layout. Three elevators so usually not much wait. The service was good and atttentive. The breakfast is great... More

Check in was quick, efficient and friendly, staff were knowledgeable about the area and attractions. There isn't much within walking distance in terms of sights, however the free trolley does run nearby with stops at museums, shopping etc. Breakfast is included and is provided in the Friday's restaurant on-site, with lots of variety to choose from. We reserved the king... More
