“Do not be fooled by the decor”

Pulled back the covers on one of the beds in my room and noticed that the sheets were covered in someone else's hair. Sure, the Panasonic flat screen was nice and the bathroom was updated, but don't even bother if you can't even change the bed sheets between guests.

“Great Hotel, Even Better Staff/Service”

Hotel accidentally booked our original room to another wedding party so they basically gave us another room (a free suite) for the night. Plus complimentary champagne, snacks, and more. And even the following day they were apologetic and offered us various comps.

“Amazing Hotel”

Had a group of 56 people stay at this hotel and cannot praise it enough. Staff, room, food, facilities all wonderful and and Bill Andreorio the Sales Director went out of his way to make all this happen. Excellent in every respect.

We recently stayed at the Wilshire Grand while attending a local wedding. The room was very comfortable and the service outstanding. The lobby had cookies....popcorn....and fresh lemonade in the afternoon and an outstanding breakfast the following morning. And.....the hotel provided transportation to and from the wedding! “This place is great!”

We stayed at the Wilshire Grand to avoid high NYC hotel prices. This hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. They had a great breakfast in the morning, and even a free shuttle to the train station. It was clean and safe and the staff was friendly and helpful.
