“Below standard for what you would expect”

This was a Best Western when we stayed here. It was certainly below standard for them. I see they now have a new name. The area was in poor repair. Ceiling tiles missing, hallway with uneven floors, in need of wall repair and a fresh coat of paint. The staff was friendly. They could not provide breakfast as stated because... More
