A great hotel to stay in when in Jacksonville Close to the Riverfront and many great restaurants. The staff is wonderful right from check in to check out. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, no noise and a great view to wake up to.

The riverfront is the best location in Jacksonville.. but that's like being the tallest of the 7 dwarfs. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly smiles. Professional yet friendly front desk staff, waitresses in the restaurants, and helpful bellboys. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Elevators are available without waiting. Restaurant food is fantastic. Bed is heavenly (they must use a high quality mattress!). Just overall fantastic experience.

The location on the river is what makes this hotel special. The rooms are what I would expect of Hyatt, and the Terrace Restaurant offers very good on-site dining. The made-to-order omelets for breakfast were consistently excellent!

This is an older hotel. It is in serious need of refurbishing. However, it's in a great location, just steps away from the Landing. My reservation clearly requested a king bed, but I was provided with twin beds instead. No mention of this was made by the clerk at check in.

Check-in was super easy, extremely friendly front desk staff. Room was clean, roomy and ready early. The riverfront view was amazing, especially at night. Dolphins in the St John's river was an added bonus. All meeting rooms, dining rooms and party room was all clean, and roomy to meet all needs. We stayed here, along with about 40 other family and friends. We booked a junior suite (that was all that was available) so we could entertain those who came from all over the country. The sad news is the junior suites have no views--in fact there are no windows! The two adjoining rooms have a window that overlooks the roof.... More
