The most comfortable bed I've slept on..Room was very attractive , not the ordinary boring box with 4 walls..A very safe and pleasant retreat after a long day. Will definetly stay again. Thank you to a great staff.

For a mid-priced property rooms are quite small, furniture/TV outdated and old; rooms cleanliness an issue; beds old, cheap and sunken, rooms could use a face lift.

This is the 8th time we stayed at this hotel throughout the last 8 years. Rooms are still clean and good value for the rate. Breakfast quality has gone down with a smaller variety now. “Nasty attitude”

Hotel nice...management not. Opted not to honor the Roomsaver coupon, which was within her right, but lied that "all the other hotels here [around us] are booked up too". That didn't sound right, so I called around. The other hotels had plenty of rooms and were willing to accept the coupon. Lesson learned.

Great location in good proximity to eating and shopping venues. We needed to stay an extra night and the manager attended to our need in a pleasant, professional and prompt manner. She also made sure we got the appropriate discount. I definitely recommend this hotel.
