“Great hotel”

I've stayed here previously and enjoyed my stay. HGI is a Clean, comfortable hospitable place to stay. Very close to downtown and near the water taxi for quick access to downtown Jax. I will return again as always. More

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel and quite enjoyed the facility. This property is located close to the interstate, to the water and to medical facilities. “Wonderful staff - very clean new building - good location”

Located near the very classy San Marco neighborhood the new Hilton Garden Inn is a clean spacious, bright hotel with large rooms, huge suites, good food and great accomodating staff. It is easy to get to downtown and to other areas of Jacksonville. More

We were staying here for 2 night while being in Jacksonville - arriving latzer on the day, to get next fay an impression on Jacksonville. The Hilton Garden Inn is as good as always by Garden Inns. “Great hotel but they can't move their neighbors!”

Our entire team stayed at this hotel recently. We truly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel, with the exception of the VERY loud bar that is on the one side of the hotel. Check-in went quick and easy, but once we got to the room, my daughter commented on the fact that the room had free earplugs!!! Yep, about 10:30... More

This is the second year we have stayed here for a lacrosse game. My son's whole team and about 15 families stayed at this hotel. They are very accomadating. The warm cookies at check in are a nice touch. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable once your figured out how to adjust the firmness of the matress.... More

I travel to Jacksonville for work regularly and am thrilled to be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Downtown.
