Was there on a business trip and was prepared to be unimpressed but the upgrade to suite 767 (a hospitality suite with a large deck) overlooking the field was unbelievable....it was like staying in a suite in the stadium (center field). We sat on the deck with a glass of wine and could hear and see each pitch and could... More

If you are using this Hotel to be near Camden Yards your in the right place; that's about the only good thing about this property. Check in staff is poor at best, it's way over priced, the restaurant lacks in every way and the only reason we could see why anyone would use the bar is nothing else is in... More

We stayed at the Baltimore Hilton on West Pratt Street. It was not very good. The front desk staff was snobby and arrogant. One in particular, I think his name was Mason, mostly mumbled, didn't really talk to us upon check in. The check in experience was not very good. One night we were on the balcony on the 4th... More

If you happen to be in Baltimore for a convention, this hotel is connected directly to the convention center in Baltimore. It is also within minutes walk from the stadiums (Orioles, Ravens) so convenience is the main thing More

We were terribly disappointed with this hotel. First, we had reserved through a sports packaging company for the Preakness and reserved 3 in a room. At check-in the desk person gave us the impression that she was looking at us down her nose, mumbling you only get 2 breakfast tickets even though 3 in a room. We certainly did not... More

they simply do not care about the safety of their guests. I have also contacted them several times about the problem I experienced and have not recieved a single response. During our stay the hotel fire alarm went off informing guests that they needed to evacuate the building due to a fire in the building. The concern I have is... More

Dear Valued Guest, The safety and security of our guests is of utmost importance to us. In addition to the automated announcements, we were able to determine the cause of the alarm and made announcements to advise our guests accordingly. Our staff assisted guests during this time and resumed operations but I extend our apologies as you should have felt... More

The hotel is within walking distance to the pier (around 20mins i think). The rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly staff. One complaint is that there's no fridge in the room, not sure if all rooms have no fridge though. More

Stayed one night during week. Hotel and room very nice and lives up to it's 4 star rating...and the lounge and amenities very nice. The view from the fitness room is amazing looking straight into Camden Yards and the indoor pool was beautiful. Location is great for Camden Yards but a couple blocks away from Inner Harbor so expect a... More

Room was excellent. Executive lounge well worth the upgrade. Wireless internet worked in my room and in the lounge. Meeting rooms were fine. Walkway to the Convention Center which is right next to the Metro line to the airport were great features. The only problem was that the business was paying for my room. I added my credit card and...
