Everytime we stay here we have a pleasant experience. No matter what time we arrive for checkin the front desk staff are extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. The waitstaff at Tradewinds are very friendly and attentive and the filet mignon is very tasty. Housekeeping is very nice and flexible based on personal needs. The pool is very warm.

“A port in the storm”

We needed to go to Johns Hopkins Bayview Center for some serious medical issues. How wonderful to have a shuttle to take us back and forth from the hotel. No fuss - no muss!!!!!! Easy. The staff and accommodation were excellent. Had dinner in the restaurant and were treated to a wonderful jazz ensemble (apparently, only on Tuesdays).

Our report shows that the Maintenance Supervisor was called in at 3:00 AM because of the water temperature and the problem was resolved by 7:00 AM.
