This hotel was easy to find and in a good location to historic area. Very nicely decorated. Room was a suite and loved the comfort. The happy hour left us unhappy. Previously you got drinks and a light appetizer. Their current version of light was a joke Tortillas chips, pretzels and Goldfish. Not any appetizers Drinks were good and bartender was engaging. Breakfast was cooked to order. As in most of Savannah, parking is additional $35 but the garage is just across the street.

The Embassy Suites was a perfect place to stay. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to City Center where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour were very nice touches. I would stay there again!

Good location Comfortable beds Excellent breakfast Great staff Quiet Meet and greet at 5:00 had pretzels and other starchy food and limited choices as opposed to the hummus and veggies and wider selection shown in the elevators Exercise room equipment - poor and in need of maintenance

Overall my sister and I enjoyed staying at The Embassy Suites. The location was great, an easy walk to both the historic downtown district and the river. When we checked in, the concierge, Carol Fosse, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both mornings we were there the concierge on duty walked through the dining area offering her assistance (different person each day). Staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was very spacious with a separate bedroom. The bathroom had 2 doors, one from the kitchenette/sitting area and the other from the BR so you can access it without disturbing someone in the other area. The bathroom was quite large which was nice but the tub was slippery. The breakfast was wonderful; we especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes. There were lots of choices — bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, grits, potatoes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods, juices. The manager’s evening reception was a disappointment. The picture in the elevator showed humus, veggies, and crackers. The actual offerings weren’t very healthy or substantial. The fitness center was ok but some of the equipment needs repair; the tv on at least 1 elliptical didn’t work at all. We parked in the ramp behind the hotel; there was plenty of available parking when we were there ($35/night extra). I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great 3-day stay at Embassy Suites Savannah! The hotel is perfectly located in the historic district, easily walkable and the service, from check-in to the time we left was great! Special recognition to Stefanie, the evening happy-hour bartender, who has a great personality and enjoyed our evenings with her. Betti , the breakfast chef, does a fantastic job with the omelettes every morning and the General Manager, Adrian, who greeted every guest with a warm smile. Highly recommend this great hotel to anyone visiting Savannah! Bill and Betty Jane..

Excellent location for our first-time visit to Savannah -- great room, easy access to the historic district, and very friendly and accommodating staff. A special shout-out to Srephanie in the lounge who was incredibly personable and efficient, even when there were lots of conference attendees in for happy hour. We were just there as retired tourist folks. She's amazing, and she made our evenings after sightseeing a nice, relaxing time to unwind. Thank-you Stephanie, and thank-you Savannah for a wonderful time!

This Embassy Suites was spotless, service was friendly and helpful. The evening reception was lovely, and our room was comfortable quiet and perfect for our stop over on the way to family in Florida. We always stay at Hilton, and whenever, an Embassy Suites. The place was spacious and definitely a place we will return.

Can't think of anything that could improve upon the stay we just there. During an extreme cold snap the Embassy was a nice refuge. The common areas are spacious and relaxing, we enjoyed good food and drink using the manager's reception freebies as a launching point then having wings, burgers.

One of the worst run hotels ive been in. The parking is self parking and not secured. Website says valet. So they charge $35 to drive your own car into a garage with non working gates. The embassy suites happy hour is bottom of the barrel drink options and cheese cubes and crackers. Last straw was the room service. They have QR codes all over hotel and give them to you at check in to order. Ordered food got a confirmation email an hour later i call and they said the system is not working…. But no one tells you. Starving at this point. I alerted front desk staff and they seemed indifferent and bothered to get off their phones. They dont care so i don’t recommend staying here especially if over $200/night. You will be dissatisfied. Also after a large event trash cans were overflowing in public bathroom- so no one is checking. Sad.
