I love this hotel even used a 3rd party to book and no problems. Excellent location and rooms are nice ( was leary from others review)... And go see Charlie, he got us excellent tickets for a ghost tour and saved our trip when we had car trouble. I have stayed at almost every hotel near River Street and this... More

I travel for work and stay at many Staybridge Suites locations. This particular location doesn't live up to the typical SS expectations. Advantages: LOCATION, breakfast, and LOCATION Disadvantages: 1. Wi-fi did not work during my whole stay. Contacted the manager on duty who admitted that the hotel network was not functioning. She insisted it was up to me to contact... More

The hotel is clean, rooms are small to be "suites". Wi-fi didn't work the whole weekend and the manager was rude, indifferent, and argumentative about it. She did not seem to take responsibility over her hotel and in fact, wanted me to call their tech support even though the problem was on their side with their server. I know things... More

The was my second time staying at the Staybridge Suites. They again lived up to my expectations. We had a wonderful stay. I was on business and brought a few friends to enjoy Savannah. This hotel is located in a convenient location to river street, the city market, and the wonder squares of Savannah. The free breakfast was delicious and... More

Over paid for the convience to be on the main drag for the parade. Nice rooms, but small, word suites is not correct based on size. Only had 1 king bed, no room for a cot, great kitchen set up, but could have used that room for sleeping. Breakfast was good, lobby was a great headquaters as it is surounded... More

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were so kind and always greeted me with a smile and asked about my day or evening. They remembered me and previous conversation indicating that they paid attention - a nice personal touch. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds large and comfortable. The free breakfast... There are some things about Staybridge that I would give 4 or 5 stars and some I would give 1 or 2 stars, so I will highlight a few of both. Location is very good. Directly acroos the street is River Street, so it's conveinent to go to all of the stores and shops or to watch the ships go... More

Charlie the concierge was very friendly & helpful. Front desk staff were helpful & courteous for the most part. Breakfast attendant was very rude & obviously hated her job. Hotel lobby was cozy. Rooms were fairly clean but we had to ask for towels every day because they never left enough for everyone in our party. Convenient location. More

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel in the Historic District of Savannah. Staybridge Suites is first rate. Put us on the first floor by an exit door so we could walk Zelle. Only a short walk to the park/square. All conveniences in a wonderful room..parking right outside the door if you are careful..watchful..it fills up. There is a... More
