Very pretty place. Location is fantastic, right on the river. Shops, tours quite close. It is NOT a place for families with strollers or people with mobility issues, because the elevator is quite unreliable. If you can mange the stairs, though, the staff is helpul, the rooms are lovely, the views spectacular

Each room is unique in this boutique hotel located above historic River Street. Great hotel for couples, not a good family setting. If avoiding the noise from River Street is going to be an issue, then get a room on the Bay Street side of the hotel. The views are inferior, but there is less noise.
