I stay in motels on the road a lot. This is hands down the best Comfort Inn I have encountered over the years. Very friendly and accommodating staff on all levels and willing to go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Excellent rooms, amazing suites. My motel destination in Fort Smith.

It's a small town but wonderfully you get almost everything you need nearby , within almost 2-3 months . The hotel is in a very convenient location, all major free ways and roads are just next to you! Pretty clean, quite! I will consider to re-stay here !

I stay at hotels over 200 nights a year and I usually stay at another brand. However, I stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites when in Fort Smith. The staff is very accomodating and always friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge/microwave. It is a fairly new hotel and is well maintained.

Not only was the staff very accommodating and friendly, but my room was kept completely stocked with fresh linens and supplies the entire duration of my stay! We did not have reservations when we pulled into Fort Smith, AR on our way to the Alabama coast.
