It is a very nice family hotel. Friendly staff that is willing to making your stay very comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor where our room had a kitchen that contained a refrigerator and a hotplate. Not many hotels come that equip. House keeping is also great. Thumbs up to Park House.

The place was worn and ragged looking. The sheets were scratchy and all the bedding had to be at least 30 years old. The mattresses in both rooms were so uncomfortable. We stayed in Park House Hotel thanks to Trip Advisor's recommendations! It was rated #1 in Brooklyn. The hotel rate was reasonable for the fact that its New York.
