the rates are great. the rooms were clean. the location is ideal for walking to everything in gatlinburg. the desk clerk was very nice. the free breakfast was great. the beds were extremely comfortable. overall it was a great experience.

First stay here after staying at many hotels in the area. Location is excellent and room charge is great. The suite was HUGE and extremely clean. No issues at all. Can not wait to return and stay here in the future. Only one block off the parkway and a very easy walk to everything.
