We stayed the entire weekend, but was a little disappointed that there was not a microwave nor refridgerator in the rooms. We loved that we were in the middle of everything!! I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is very conventient to the Highway and the Convention Center. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are numerous chain restaurants in the area as well as a restaurant in the hotel.

We never had to leave our room our entire stay. Room service from J Butlers was phenomenal; breakfast wasn't spectacular; however it wasn't horrible.

The staff at the Double Tree was great. They were always willing to help with directions or give me suggestions for dining. The handled the check in and out process quickly and always asked what else they could help with. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable.
The not so great was the fire alarm that went off at 6am....
