The rooms were old and bad, the sheets and laundry dirty. Air con didn't work in one room so moved to another and always cut out. Food mediocre. The beach is small and gate locked. So many better places in Kep.

The staff is very friendly and reliable. All the dishes and drinks are lovely decorated. The hole ressort is great. Free swimming pool and pool table. Sunsets are amazing here!
