The hotel location is good with the sea view from Window. Kids enjoyed a lot as we did. Rooms were clean and on request, food services were available at reasonable rate.
I stayed here for 1 night with 2 friends. We got a double room and an extra matress on the floor for 525 rupees, which was great value. We hadn't made reservations and yet they still managed to show us a number of rooms, all with great views of the temple and memorial out in the sea.

Was told not to make reservations, as there are several areas that offer accomodations in the area. Arrived and went to 2 or 3 different places. This establishment had vacancies. Was able to get an AC room upon arrival with no reservations. Close to the water, restaurants and temples...all within walking distance.
