We selected this hotel after reading good reviews about it, even willing to pay higher room rates compared to other nearby hotels. It was such a disappointment because: (i) toilet flush was not working properly, such that after each flushing the button is stuck hence, causing the water to keep flowing out and not refilling in the tank (ii) shower... As a concerned owner I would love to know which room you stayed in. Sometimes toilet flushes do get stuck and sometimes all it takes is another push, or a slight adjustment. I will checkout all the superior rooms toilets as i think you stayed there. I guess your shower area plug outlet got too much hair in it, so... More

“Lovely hotel in a good location”

The grounds are beautiful (as is the decor in the bathrooms!). Two nice pools and lots of amenities. The location is superb, easy walking to the beach, for dolphin tours and an array of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend going to watch sunset over the beach!

Staff friendly, rooms clean, and I most like the room toilet decoration... Breakfast tasty... only five minute walking to the beach for dolphin tour.... Near by market and restaurant and spa also... I will be back the rambutan resort on next year Bali trip...

Perfect getaway in north Bali. Standard room was 35 CAD online and its very clean, quiet, decent bed and nice bathroom. Fan only but does the trick.
