First time we had stayed at the LBH and intially we were a little let down....keep reading.... When we got to our room (Deluxe Family Room) we weren't sure as to what the deluxe part was! Travelling with 5 & 7 year olds, there was plenty of space, and a useable balcony, but the furnishings were older and the decor... More

After friends recommending Legian Beach Hotel for a Romantic Getway it was far from what we expected... We contacted the Hotel 6 times thru travel agent, email & in person prior to staying at the hotel to confirm we had a king Bed & a Bungalow for our 5 night stay, we did not receive a reply from email &... We stayed here this month with 3 kids aged 6,5 & 20 months. After alot of research and a recommendation we decided to stay here for family get away. Our room was spacious with a loft for parents retreat. We put cot up here as running up and down stairs would have been a pain. This kind of room was... More

We stayed here 3/5/12-13/5/12 for 10 nights and although there were still renovations happening we were not in any way inconvenienced. From the time we booked (directly with the hotel) to our departure everything was done and organised. The staff are so friendly, courteous and helpfull. Buffet Breakfast and dinner overlooking the beach was great. Rooms clean and cater for... More

We stayed 21 wonderful days and nights in April at Legian Beach Hotel and even though we were advised about the new upgrade renovations prior to making our booking, it did not interfere with our stay. The hotel provided a complimentary first-class 'upgrade' evening buffet each day to all guests during the renovations. What a winner and a great idea... More

All I can hope is that if you are reading this review, maybe you haven't booked your accommodation yet! From giving us a disgusting smelling room that smelt like your pets had been locked up in for weeks to an air con that didn't work, they did attempt to fix it, but to no avail, a couch that you couldn't... We found the communication during the organising period was great. Upon arrival the hotel is peaceful, friendly and the rooms clean and in excellent condition. Even the hotel renovations go slightly unnoticed except for a little noise if sitting by the pool and at breakfast. The renovations certainly didn't disrupt us. What lets this hotel is its NON EXISTANT service... More

We found this hotel vastly overpriced for what it offers. Tiny, musty-smelling rooms with tiles peeling off in the dated bathrooms. We were given a smoking room by unsmiling checkin staff and when we pointed out we had booked a nonsmoking room and emailed the hotel about this, were given another room...you guessed it, also a smoking room. Another trip... More

Just returned from another holiday at LBH and had a very relaxing holiday. Staff are always so welcoming and so friendly from the Manager right thru to housekeeping and pool staff. Enjoyed our Friday night "repeaters" party with lots of laughs and good company. Our room was ready on arrival and rooms are always neat and clean. My husband and... More

We arrived early and once again service was fantastic, straight into our room. Keeping up to date with whats going on in this hotel with renovations they are coming together very nicely. With this inconvenience you are given a complementry dinner every evening and with this I know that the people who have stayed there at this time will be... More
