As I'm working in the area it has been a great place e to stay. The room are clean the service is great. They are good about working around my odd hours. Nice people to visit with. And just all around nice place to stay.

I arrived about 1am but got lucky and was checked in.Room was clean and very comfy.The room was quiet despite being ground floor near I 70.Room168 on the end opens to the parking lot ,that was a plus foe me.I didnt even ask for it! Thanks again Carol , ill be back soon.

I stayed in this hotel and they have bed bugs. This is terrible place to stay. Although, the staff was really nice this was a dump. I had to be moved several times before I was placed in a clean room. When I finally fell asleep, I was awaken and saw what I believed to be roaches in the bed.... More

A double queen is $60 a night. The rooms are dated. The beds are clean and more on the firm side. I slept great. The bathroom is tiny and not the cleanest. This motel just located off exit 12 is by far a great place to stay! The front desk ladies are very smart and informative. They have a good rate of about $50.00usd. The rooms are newly renovated with flat screen T.V.'s I have stayded here many times and have always come to find that they always exceed expectations. Very cosy... More

This is basically a pay buy the week meth hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have traveled all over the country and stayed in many hotels. This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby looks wonderful but thats where they spend all their money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

The rooms were horrible we found a crack pipe rolled up in a towel in the bathroom. I was a little leary when I was looking for motels in Independence. On one website American Inn was given negative reviews. I was very satisfied with my stay there. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I am planning on going back there this week.
