It takes hours to get here by road - but it's worth it for the tranquility and lack of hassle of North West Bali. Compared to Kuta or even Ubud, it's more or less unspoiled. Taman Selini was great value for money - the bungalows are beautifully designed and kept pretty clean (if slightly shabby in places) and the outside... More

Taman Selini was a great place to stay for me and my girlfriend. It has a unique charm and ambience that can only be characterized by the 'beach mentality.' Everything about TS is about living in open areas with sun and a beach. The outdoor bathrooms, while they can be a bit off-setting, are unique, well maintained and have the... More

Pemuteran is one of those undiscovered gems you might want to visit before the crowds catch on. We were a bit worried if it would be worth the 3-4 hour drive from Legian - the answer is yes. I'd give Taman Selini's family bungalow four stars - good size (two storeys) and comfortable without being spectatcular, and a bit unsettling... More

I stayed for 5 nights some years ago,and I have never forgotten it! I'm currently booking my honeymoon and am modeling everything on this place - it was perfect. You won't find glitz and glamor here, but you will find simple, understanding luxury. It was spotless. The rooms were very big, with outdoor bathrooms (love it), and each very well... More

We loved this unpretentious hotel in the old Balinese style with each private bungalow overlooking beautiful gardens and with a delightful outdoor bathroom. The hotel is small which to us is a plus. The generous pool overlooks the beach in one direction and has a superb mountain backdrop in the other. We ate in 'our' restaurant three meals a day... More

Fantastic looking rooms and with its beautiful gardens and own beach. Quitessential place. A swimming pool facing the mountains and a restaurant serves good food. Just few miles away from National Forest and diving facilities. To get a motorbike for only 60 thousand rupiah ( less than £5) for all day and a litre petrol only 50p you cannot ressist... More

My wife and I anr from Lancashire, England, and stayed in room 3 for 4 days at the start of November. We love this place ! After 4 hours driving from the airport, the reception from the staff was so welcoming, warm and friendly. The whole atmosphere of Taman Selini is relaxing, and serene, amongst the beautiful tropical gardens, kept... More

We fully relaxed at Taman Selini. It was much more expensive than our other stays in Bali, but it also had more to offer, with a beautiful setting and a quiet, romantic resort feeling. You can book ahead and pay online by credit card. We found some excellent snorkeling, with advice from the helpful staff at nearby Reef Seen. The... More

We spent a week in Pemuteran, four nights of which were spent here. We really loved the place - it is the best location on the beach - a very very short walk from the rooms across the beautiful hotel gardens to the beach and great snorkelling. We rented the two bedroom villa - the one with two completely separate... More

My family and I traveled from Australia and stayed one week in the busy, congested south of Bali followed by one week at the beautiful Taman Selini. What a welcome relief from the hustle and bustle of the south. Situated on the best part of the beach at Pemuteran this bungalow complex is spacious and private while feeling personal and... More

Dear Mrs.Laura, How are you? We remember you and your family vividly, we thank you so much for your kind comments. It was our pleasure to meet you and we are happy that your girls liked it here. In this remote part of Bali, traditions are still strong and we believe it is our obligation to introduce to guests the... More
