The hotel staff were friendly but the service is slow n they seem couldnt get anything done. We reserved a lunch package and they counted the fod consumption by number of plates used instead of counting heads. Weird. Ordering food for breakfast seemed like forever.

please check your quality of facilities. It was more important than your price. I would rate your hotel is average for some reasons. At 5 stars hotel, Novotel should note that Air condition in guest rooms is far most important thing. what i can qualify is the view of the hotel is nice.
