Very clean hotel with a full breakfast in the morning. They had eggs, bacon, sausage and the full works for breakfast. Was very good. The room was spotless and the bathroom just shined--was so, so clean. That is the most important to me. Would stay here again! Room was comfortable and had everything we expected. Easy check in and nice pool. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The milk was sour and they were already out of gravy and waffle mix at 7:30. Other than that it was a good stay.

Visited Hot Springs during the Easter weekend and expected the place to be packed. The staff was very accommodating, rooms were pleasantly clean, indoor pool a little cold for my liking but still swimmable and the breakfast was more than the typical continental coffee and fruit. Overall a great experience and a place I'd stay again.

We spent three nights on a business trip,Room was clean,Bed was comfortable,tv channels ok,breakfast buffet,eggs, biscuits, gravy ,sausage, fresh fruits etc...good.Close to shopping Mall(Belks,Tj Maxx etc)...Walgreens,Dixie Cafe in walking distance.Right by the bypass.

My Stay was during the winter.. We just had a Bad snow/ice storm pass through and most places lost power. This comfort Inn just got power back on so we stayed 2 days. They were very nice. The hotel seems to be in good condition and very well looked after. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool was clean... More

This is a very clean & comfortable property. The "free" breakfast has an ample selection of things to eat. The parking lot is well lit. The staff is polite and professional. The only area for improvement is parking, when they are real busy, you'll have to walk a bit.

Very nice clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was there were a couple of school groups staying there and a lot of running up and down the halls. The noise subsided about 11:00 PM.

Large exceptionally clean rooms. Comfortable sleeping accomodations in a quite atmosphere. The staff, headed by the incomparable Larry Dewitt, were all excellent and great ambassadors for the City of Hot Springs. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and an added bonus.
