Good location and friendly staff but the rooms seem tired and old. The room was clean but the curtains in 801 have a hole in them. If you need to be close to the convention center, it's a safe bet. If you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere. More

My mom and I stayed in the Austin Hotel for a pageant! Two nights and 1 day. The staff was amazing and helpful and seemed to always remember who we were. Our room was clean and quite spacious.
