This hotel has a complimentary shuttle and will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the property. It worked out perfectly and we never got in our car until departure! Extremely friendly and helpful with all tourist info. More

This is not the best Embassy Suites we have stayed in. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels smelled soured. As always, it's best to go early to eat breakfast which we didn't do. Stayed here on a recent business trip. Have not stayed in Hot Springs before so don't have anything to compare to. The Embassy Suites appears to be newer and adjacent to the Civic Center and Convention Center. Typical ES with really nice lobby / atrium area. We stayed here for one night on a Saturday. Bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Free drinks even better!! I don't know the bartenders name but he made some awesome bloody mary's!! He worked his tail off! Everyone was nice and polite. More
