Your location, price and service were excellent. Your friendly staff were very helpful in helping me find various locations in Madison. The rooms were clean, a little noisy, but worth the price.

Room smelled smoky but supposed to be non smoking, No cover plate on elect outlet. Room edges of carpet needed vacuuming.

The parking lot needs to be redone. The rest was o'k. It made us uneasy to have our driver's license and credit card copied but learned it was due to card theft and a homicide in the area and all Madison motels were doing this.The air conditioner was very noisy and disrupted sleep.

Very clean rooms and shower area. Staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was extremely hard. A few of the electrical outlets were coming out of the wall.

When booking online I had asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room on the side of the building next to the 8-lane highway, with 18-wheelers whizzing by 24/7. I mentioned this at the desk but was told they were fully booked and could not give me a different room. Thankfully I always carry earplugs with me.... More
