This hotel is maintaining a clean and friendly atmosphere. The lobby, hallways and rooms are all kept clean and neat.

What makes the difference between this and other Super 8's is the staff. The managers were fantastic and the other workers helpful, friendly and respectful. The days before travelling to Madison, my family and I stayed in other super 8's and we felt the difference in treatment and quality when we stayed in Madison South. Highly recommended.

Very nice, clean hotel with continental breakfast, pool etc. Rooms were nice sized and very clean. Staff was very helpful, especially when we left a pillow behind! They mailed it to us promptly. Great customer service! Friendly staff! Even the cleaning crew was friendly. Received great tips from manager on where to eat and I was never steered wrong. I stayed there for 30 consecutive days and I will stay there again when I visit Madison.
