I have to say no matter how great this hotel is the first impression/smell ruined it. The smell was so strong I felt like it followed me into my room. The room wasn't terrible but didn't seem too clean. I will probably look elsewhere if I come back to the area. More

Nice place for a quick visit to Madison. Hotel is a little older, but in good shape. Check in was very friendly.. received a couple drink tickets for the bar. Room was very clean. Breakfast well stocked. A great value compared to downtown hotels. More

Hotel choice in Madison depends on what experience you crave. If It is OK to be off campus (across form the coliseum), this is a good choice.
