Just came back from a bachelor party with 7 guys, we all loved the hotel. You can't beat the location and the courtyard/pool area is great. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be on Bourbon St. We had 4 guys in one room and 3 in the other with no complaints. More

Loved New Orleans! Hotel is right on Bourbon St., so if you're looking for a location a little less crazy, stay in the French Quarter. More

We had 2 rooms. One on the second floor with a bourbon street balcony and the other with a garden/pool balcony. The bourbon street balcony is perfect for watching everything going by on Bourbon street. It is loud. Do not expect much sleep. The gardden/pool side is quieter. No major complaints. The walls are thin and you can hear your... More

I made my reservation for a bourbon street balcony and 2 double beds 3 months in advance. I even called 3 days before to confirm. When I arrived I was told that they had a "maintenance issue" and only had a king available. Then as I was still standing there 2 employees were discussing the over sold situation right in... More

We have stayed there 3 times in all, always during Jazz Fest. A courtyard room with a balcony is a must to avoid the late Bourbon Street noise. The place is a little dated, but is being renovated in preperation for a switch to another management brand. We really like the hotel BUT... The one complaint: after the third night... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the red dress run in new orleans. The location that was the best. I don't think you could find a better locationI if you want to stay in the french quarters. It's an older hotel but it is up to date and clean. I had a room facing outward near the... More

We are sorry the noise on Bourbon Street kept you up so late. The interior rooms are a much quieter choice for those who want to be in the center of the action but require silence once they retreat to their room. Make sure you let the reservationist know that you want a courtyard room for your next visit. We... More

For a two night stay in New Orleans this hotel worked out well for me. The cost was much lower than other hotels in the area and it was close to the bus pick-up that was arranged for the convention I was attending. The hotel is being converted to a Four Points so the fitness center was closed. The pool... More

We got this room for $75 on a flash sale offered by Hotels.com, and upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded to a balcony room for free! Great rooms, location, and service. Will definitely stay again!! More

Four friends got together for a girls weekend trip to New Orleans for Jazz Fest. The front staff was great, bartender was excellent. The beds were comfortable, and we requested a courtyard room to reduce the noise (no noise heard from outside). All was great until the neighbors across and beside us arrived. The walls were so thin that we... More

We are so glad you had a great, albeit noisy, experience! During special events like Jazz Fest our guests do get a bit rowdy and even the quiet interior courtyard rooms can experience an over abundance of “good times.” We do provide complimentary ear plugs for special events and will always respond to challenges like yours promptly. Please do visit... More
