I stayed on a business trip at this lovely small hotel. It is connected to the Ritz-Carlton but far less expensive with all of the amenities. The rooms are classic NOLA--drapes, antique furniture, good linens on the bed and towels are soft and fluffy. The lobby is confusing and you must get on two different elevators to get to the... More

Yes, the carpet and sheets in this hotel are well-loved, but it is CLEAN and in a great location. The place is quiet at night, which is a big bonus. I took advantage of the courtyard on the Ritz side to enjoy a restful and yummy mid-afternoon snack. You are right in front of the street car stops which will... More

We just spent 5 nights at the Iberville Suites in the French Quarter. It was a great location with really pleasant staff and a very comfortable suite. Yes, it is in need of renovation that is starting later this month, but the bed and amenities were very comfortable. An added bonus was the continental breakfast each morning from 6:30 to... More

This is not fancy hotel, but it's also not as crappy as many of these reviews make it sound. The hotel is in the same building as the Ritz Carlton and shares many amenities, notably the excellent health club and spa. The pool is a small, exercise lap pool, and not a family or party pool, by the way. The... More

We had a very pleasurable stay at the Iberville Suites. The location was perfect. One block off of Bourbon and walking distance to just about everything else you wanted to do. The rooms were OK, nothing fancy and probably need a little updating. Carpets were stained and the TV's are old. The rooms were very clean though. The bed was... More

The suites have a certain boxy feel, and the bathroom was a bit small, but overall we loved the Iberville Suites. These are true suites with separate bedrooms and sitting rooms. Wet bar and refrigerator are included. Beautiful building, beautiful interior, polite, competent staff. Everything was clean, quiet and very comfortable. (we were on 9th floor -- don't know if... Great location near Bourbon Street but far enough away for a good nights sleep. Could use an update. Tv is boxy. Carpet is worn. But for a night or two of debauchery it works. The towel rack fell off the shower curtain was sagging. The hair dryer did not work. Did I say great location? Maintenance fixed it all and... More

Just one block off Bourbon St., this hotel was a great location for walking in the French quarter. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed in. The carpet had a few stains, but the room was kept clean. Affordable and attached to the Ritz Carlton, so enjoyed their amenities as well. Free continental... More

The hotel is in a good location on Iberville Street. It is only two blocks from Bourbon Street which means that you are close by but you don't get the noise and smell. The first room that we checked into hadn't been cleaned very well. There was hair left in the tub and the room was extremely dusty. The couch... More

We were extremely anxious about staying here after reading the reviews. We stayed from April 23-27, 2012. We contacted the Iberville Suites regarding our concerns and asking for a room on the 10th floor since the reviews were less criticial from folks staying on this floor. We received an immediate reply from Laura Orfield, Director of Revenue Management. She advised... More
